Jesus is crucified, buried and resurrected

About 30 AD (About 2000 years ago): Jesus is falsely accused of being an anti-government rebel. He is sent to Pontius Pilate, the Roman ruler of the land of the Jews. He is placed on trial, beaten and then crucified and buried. On the third day, he is resurrected, meaning he is restored to life from death.
