Zophar

One of Job's three friends, who came to comfort Job during his sufferings. Zophar the Naamathite, along with Bildad and Eliphaz condemned Job instead of comforting him. Zophas was the last one to speak to Job, which may indicate he was the youngest of the three.

He accused Job of hypocrisy and wickedness, and stated that God was punishing Job far less than he deserved (Job 11:6).

God came to Job's defense and instructed Eliphaz, Bildad and Zophar to offer a sacrifice for their sins, and to have Job pray for them.
