Jerioth

Jerioth was married to Caleb. Some Bible scholars think that Jerioth might be another name for Azubah.

In 1 Chronicles 2:18, the NIV translation, says: "Caleb son of Hezron had children by his wife Azubah (and by Jerioth). These were her sons: Jesher, Shobab and Ardon."

That verse is the only mention of any person named Jerioth.

The name Jerioth means "tent curtains."
